At present, we are a public entity worth over PLN 4.1 billion and the second most-valuable energy group on the Polish stock exchange. The crowning of the effort so far has been the qualification of Enea for the London FTSE Russell, thus entering into the indexes of developed markets.
The shares of Enea are traded on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, in a continuous trading system. The total number of all shares of the company issued is 441,448,578 ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 1 each.
The majority shareholder is the State Treasury, which holds 51.50% of shares in the share capital. At the moment, no contracts or events are known that could affect the proportion of shares held by the existing Shareholders in the future. However, the specifics of the process of gratuitous acquisition from the State Treasury of Employee shares by eligible Employees and their heirs, can cause slight changes in the number of shares held by the State Treasury.
